VirtuSet was created by the innovation team at Urban3D, a studio that has spent more than two decades shaping how complex environments and technologies are communicated through 3D visualisation, cinematic production and strategic creative thinking.
Founded in 2003, Urban3D began as a specialist architectural visualisation practice. Over time, we expanded into a multi-disciplinary digital production studio with people located in London, Chicago, Belfast, Derry and Poland working together across borders to build compelling visual narratives for global clients.
It combines our architectural rigour with our filmmaking sensibility and our strategic approach to communication. It reflects our belief that MedTech storytelling requires more than accuracy. It requires humanity, consistency, adaptability and a deep understanding of how brands connect with people across different regions and cultures.
After twenty years of building digital environments and helping global companies express who they are, VirtuSet emerged as a new way to do what we have always done:
make the invisible visible, the complex clear and the technical deeply human.

Our work has taken us to Malaysia, the United States, the United Kingdom, the Cayman Islands, Europe and the Middle East, delivering projects that range from hospitals and medical facilities to commercial buildings, large-scale developments, manufacturing environments and next-generation workplaces.
Through these collaborations, we learned that clients needed more than beautiful images. They needed stories. Strategies. Systems. A way to take highly technical products or complex spaces and communicate them with clarity, emotion and purpose.
This led us to evolve our practice beyond pure visualisation. Today, our team blends architecture, 3D modelling, animation, cinematic film craft, digital human development and brand-led creative direction. We help organisations not only visualise their world but articulate it — shaping the narratives, messaging and experience design that bring technology and innovation to life.
VirtuSet is the culmination of that evolution.
